Shipping Policy

At Zaraafat, we aim to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Delivery Address:
   Your order will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure that the address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues.
2. Delivery Time:
   Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 working days. During busy periods, such as special events or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer. Note that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered working days.
3. Shipping Costs:
   Shipping costs are fixed for all orders within Pakistan. The cost will be calculated at checkout and is included in your total payment.
4. Payment Method:
   Payments are collected upon delivery through a cash-on-delivery (COD) method. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier upon delivery.
5. Delivery Attempt:
   If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will make one re-attempt to deliver your order. If the order cannot be delivered on the second attempt, it will be returned to us, and you may need to contact us to arrange a new delivery.
